Sandeep Verma

Sandeep Verma have 20 years of FMCG industry experience across diverse roles in Sales, Brand Management, Category Management and various P&L stints handling multiple brands, categories across the globe. My roles have given me diverse problem-solving experiences ranging from successful turnarounds of complex consumer businesses/categories to setting up high- growth businesses from scratch.

He has worked for 15 years in HUL and working for the last 3.5 years at Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd (BCCL), two completely different perspectives on how to run businesses and the challenges therein.

Currently as the President at BCCL, he is responsible for managing the P&L of the company and leading a transformational change in this organization that is designed to make it future-ready in terms of business growth opportunities, people and processes.

At HUL, besides doing a sales role in rural UP and brand management stints across brands like Sunsilk, Lifebuoy, Vim and Domex, have also served on the Unilever Global and Regional Category Leadership Team from 2010 – 2015, that operated across a wide variety of markets and business contexts in India, Asia Region and Global Markets including Latin America, Middle East & Africa.

Overall he have a successful track record of building high-performing teams, with a leadership style that empowers people and fosters an entrepreneurial culture that encourages agility, breakthrough thinking for risk taking and bold ideas delivered through disciplined execution.

Going forward I would like to use this experience to help businesses and categories justify their potential to the fullest.
