Molly Kapoor is Head of Marketing at Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited and she has been a part of ABSLAMC for over a decade. Molly has been leading the Marketing practice at ABSLAMC since 2014 and was previously the Head of Customer Services and Branch Operations. In her role as Head of Marketing her primary emphasis has been towards market expansion and increasing the market share, and focusing on growing the customer base. Molly has played a key role in spearheading some of the significant marketing campaigns at ABSLAMC that brought the customers closer to MFs as an investment category. Additionally, she has been one of the founding members of the Financial Literacy Core Committee (FLCC) of the Association of Mutual Funds of India (AMFI). In addition to contributing to the financial literacy mandate of AMFI, Molly headed the Digital Marketing team within the committee.
In a career spanning over twenty years, Molly has worked fundamentally in the Mutual Funds industry. She has previously worked for ICICI Prudential AMC where she managed service operations and service quality.
Molly holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Bhimrao Ambedkar University and an Executive MBA degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt Practitioner.
